For nearly two decades, Penny has successfully helped her clients buy and sell property and to achieve their dreams of homeownership. Penny's ability to build positive relationships with buyers and sellers is an asset that keeps satisfied clients coming back and referring Penny to their families and friends.
A dedicated member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, Penny's skill as a real estate expert has been recognized with multiple awards including the $25 Million Dollar Club award received when she had worked fewer than 10 years in the market. She has been ranked in the top five percent of real estate sales professionals in central Ohio based on volume of homes sold, selling on average between 44 and 66 homes per year.
Her love of helping people and her dedication to her clients has given Penny years of pleasure and experience as a real estate professional. She credits her full-time licensed assistant, Ellen Hudson, a valued member of her staff as a key to her success over the years. Working together, Penny and Ellen have been instrumental in helping more than 700 people buy and sell their homes.
Penny is a longtime resident of Columbus. She has two grown children and is now a proud grandmother of four. Her son, Chris, is an active duty captain and commander in the Ohio National Guard and a dedicated husband and father. In support of her son and the many other troops deployed overseas, Penny collects and donations and gifts which she regularly sends to the approximately 167 soldiers in Chris' battalion. Her daughter Bobby, is a part-time IT consultant and full time wife and mother of two.
Penny enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with family and friends. She enjoys volunteering with the American Cancer Society and she is active in local community groups including, The Worthington Historical Society, and the Worthington Women's Club. She previously served as an elected member of Riverle Village Council for eight years.
