What Cam Taylor Co., Realtors Offers Real Estate Buyers and Sellers

As members of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, Cam Taylor Co., Realtors in Columbus, Ohio, does our best to offer our sellers and buyers comprehensive information to begin the process of selling or buying a home.



Our Strategic Analysis includes: When working with a seller, our salespeople, prior to listing a home do the following things:

  • An initial review of the property and information research about recent improvements
  • A tour of the house and property
  • Digital image of the interior and exterior of the home for future consideration of items needing attention
  • Request for the owner(s) or seller’s representative providing written narrative of the likes/dislikes of the particular property in consideration.
  • Mechanical and structural ages and any known improvements
  • Provide a title survey.

Then:

  • Create a written review of the information obtained from public records and the seller.
  • Review digital images and note repairs and improvements to be completed prior to marketing. i.e. Recommendations to Be Completed Prior to Marketing
  • Create a Property Marketability Analysis identifying positive and potentially objectionable features of the property. The owner is asked to participate.
  • Create a Current Market Absorption Analysis for the Macro and Micro areas that are relevant.
  • Create an Average Sales Price Comparison with prior year’s similar timelines.
  • Determine active competition relevant to the property.

Likewise: when working with a buyer we do our best to gather similar information on the homes in which the buyer has shown the most interest. After touring the neighborhoods, schools, community activities available, and homes within the buyers price range, we ask the buyer to narrow his search. At that time we offer similar and thorough information as we do for the seller of a property. We gather similar information which we offer to the buyer to help determine the best property for the family or individual.

We do our very best to familiarize ourselves with the clients likes and dislikes so as to get to the closing table in the shortest amount of time with as little stress as possible. We are with the client from start to finish and our goal is to be available 24/7 to our clients. We have a close knit organization and within our company are able to call upon each other in the case of being out of town or unavailable. Thus, we or one of our representatives is always at the client’s beck and call. Service is our goal and making the client happy is what we do best!
